Jim Talhelm
Jim Talhelm, co-owner and marketing and sales manager of Hoosier REALTORS has been a Franklin Township resident for nearly 25 years and a lifelong resident of Indianapolis. Chris Perry
Chris is the co-owner and operations manager of Hoosier REALTORS and is a resident in the Center Grove area.  He has lived on the southside of Indy nearly 40 years.  A graduate of Indiana University, and a Certified Public Accountant, Chris has served in several capacities in sales and sales management for a top national accounting firm prior to initiating his career in real estate.
 
Rusty Harsin
Rusty is a true Hoosier being born and raised here all his life.  While growing up on the east side (Warren & Lawrence Townships), he moved down to the Franklin Twp area about 6 years ago.  Rusty has a BS in Accounting from IU.  He lives here with his wife Chrissy and 2 children Katelyn (13) and Joshua (8).  Rusty has been a full time REALTOR  for 6 years.
 
Brian Moore
Brian has been a resident of Franklin Township for 14 years and has been a small business owner since 1990. He has been working in real estate for 6 years and has focused on working with Sellers and New Construction buyers. He has been actively involved in coaching boys travel basketball over the years and has enjoyed making a difference in those young lives.         
 
Brenda Patrick-Zenor
Brenda grew up in Ripley County, but has been a resident of Shelby County for 20 plus years.  She is married to Bill Zenor and they have four grown children between them.  She has her BS Degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan.  Brenda works hard at making the dream of owning your own home a reality.
