BIOGRAPHY

Gretchen received her real estate license in February, 2011, and has worked with another brokerage in Shelbyville for 11 years prior to moving to Hoosier, REALTORS® in March, 2022.
She and her family moved from Alaska to Shelbyville in 1988 during a down turn in the local housing market and purchased her first real estate investment property. This sparked the beginning of a steady accumulation of rental properties over the next 30 years!

In addition to serving as a REALTOR®, Gretchen is a legal assistant for a local law firm. She has been active in adult sports with running and cycling groups and helped found Energy2Action, LLC, a small event management company. She has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and is currently a member of Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors.
